Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Loan Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer loan requirements and assisting them in finding suitable loan solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer loan enquiries and leads.
- Understand customer financial requirements.
- Explain suitable loan products and eligibility.
- Coordinate with lending partners.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/loan/financial services preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of loan products.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented approach.
